Frequently Asked Questions

MyKHS is a personal environment in which you can make appointments, safely and easily, as well as viewing results, for example, in your medical dossier. No more letters and paper dossiers, but everything conveniently available online, in the same place. What’s more, as soon as results are available in your medical dossier, you will be informed of this by email.

MyKHS is for everyone who visits us for a medical examination. And soon MyKHS will be available for all our services.

A temporary password will remain valid until you log in for the first time. After logging in to MyKHS for the first time, you can set your own personal password.

It’s possible that you might have lost your temporary password or deleted it inadvertently. But don’t worry, you can request a new password by using the I have forgotten my password reset function, which can be found in the Log in screen. You will, however, need the username that was emailed to you.
