Norfolk Island (AUS) vaccinations

which ones do you need?

Are you traveling to Norfolk Island? Make sure to prepare well. Norfolk Island is an island in the Pacific Ocean, located between Australia, New Zealand and New Caledonia. It is an external territory of Australia. We recommend vaccinations, in some cases a vaccination may even be mandatory. Which vaccinations you really need depends on your trip and your stay.

There is an increased risk of measles in this country. A MMR (Mumps Measles Rubella) vaccination is recommended for anyone who has not been vaccinated against measles or has experienced the disease.

In the Netherlands, most children now receive a vaccination against BMR. We therefore recommend a vaccination for some travellers. This advice depends on age, past vaccinations and diseases experienced.
