Are you planning a trip soon? Either for work or for pleasure? If so, make KLM Health Services your first port of call. We work to appointment, so you can be confident you’ll be seen quickly. What could be more convenient!

Making an appointment

Making an appointment is both quick and easy. You can do so online or, if you prefer, by phone: 0900 109 109 6 (€ 1,00 per call). Doing so will help you avoid unnecessary waiting!

What can you expect of us?

During your surgery consultation we’ll advise you of the specific risks that travelling to your destination will involve. What applies in your specific situation will depend, among other things, on the duration of your stay at the destination in question, what kind of things you will be doing when you get there, and your own physical condition. Make an appointment here.

Do you have specific questions?

Are you travelling with small children, or are you perhaps pregnant? Our employees will be more than pleased to advise you on the necessary vaccinations, preventative measures and travel accessories. We are here to help you.

From abroad?

You are stationed outside the Netherlands and you’d like to make an appointment. No problem! Just send an email to: travelclinic@klm.com. One of our employees will be pleased to advise you when we can welcome you to one of our branches.

Last-minute?

Perhaps you have to make an unexpected journey, or maybe you have learned shortly before departure that you might need certain vaccinations. No problem! We work to appointment, but even if you don’t have one you will be welcome to drop by. You might have to wait a bit, of course, while clients who do have appointments are helped first. So if possible avoid unnecessary waiting by making an appointment beforehand. To ensure you are optimally prepared for your journey, you can, if you like, always phone us 0900 109 109 6 (€ 1,00 per call) to check whether you might need additional vaccinations, or find out if we can accommodate you during our surgery hours.

Hindered?

If you are unable to keep an appointment we kindly request that you cancel it at least 24 hours in advance. If you don’t cancel, or if you do so without giving us the required notice, we’ll have no choice but to charge you for the appointment.
