Between August and November there is a greater likelihood of hurricanes and downpours. Therefore, the period of January to May is considered to be the best time to travel to Puerto Rico. The bustling capital of San Juan is an attractive destination with a mix of American, Hispanic and Caribbean influences. Those who enjoy beach holidays will certainly enjoy the beautiful beaches of the Atlantic and Caribbean coast, as will nature lovers.
