Steps of the process
You will receive an email inviting you to create a password for our application portal. You will go through the following process:
- Our recruitment team will review whether your profile matches the job in question.
- Within a week after the closing date, you will receive feedback regarding your application..
- If you are selected, we will invite you for an initial interview.
- For all positions, we conduct a background check.
- An additional security check, assessment, or personality test may also be part of the selection process.
- Depending on the outcome of the initial interview, further interviews may take place.
- If the results of the checks and interviews are positive, KLM Health Services will offer you an employment contract.
Interviews will be conducted at the relevant location or via Microsoft Teams. Please note that travel expenses will not be reimbursed.
