Collecting your medication

In the rush of travel, it's easy to forget your medication or even lose it. Our pharmacy is here to help you.

If you have a prescription from your own doctor or GP, you can collect your medication from us. Even if you’re not travelling or working at Schiphol.

In case you have been seen by one of our GP's and received a prescription, you can pick up these medications directly from our pharmacy as well. We handle the costs of most of the prescription medicines directly with your health insurer. This allows you to quickly and easily receive your medication, even after treatment in A&E (Accident and Emergency).

Taking medication with you when travelling

Planning to travel with medication? Make sure to pack it in your hand luggage and in its original packaging. Additionally, bring an English-language medication passport from your pharmacy. This way, you can clearly indicate which medication you are taking while abroad. Consult the CAK website for guidance if you have medication that is subject to opiate legislation.

We offer a range of medical supplies for Emergency Response Services. These can be ordered through our web portal. Don't have login details yet? Please contact us at [email protected].
