KLM Health Services (KHS) and its subsidiary Airport Medical Services firmly believe that the privacy of their customers, potential customers, and website visitors is of crucial importance. The personal details of our customers, potential customers, and website visitors are therefore secured and treated with the highest possible care, fully in accordance with the requirements set by the Dutch Personal Protection Data Act (WBP).
The KLM Health Services head office, located at Schiphol-East, Stationsplein N-O 236, building 133, 1117 CJ, is responsible for the company’s data processing. In accordance with the WBP, KHS has registered its processing of personal data with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (CPB) in The Hague. These registrations are public and can be viewed on the CBP website. Under ‘Naam’ (name), enter ‘KLM Health Services’ or ‘Airport Medical Services’.
What personal data does KHS process?
As part of the provision of services, the selling of products and services, or other forms of customer contact with KHS, KHS records requested details, such as the name, address, email address, telephone number, Citizen Service Number (BSN) and travel destination of a customer. KHS uses these details for the performance of the agreement, the provision of services, and to keep customers, potential customers and website visitors informed about activities, products and services of KHS. Analysis of (anonymised) details of customers, potential customers and website visitors helps KHS in the development of new services and products. KHS occasionally issues surveys or contests. Customers, potential customers and/or website visitor are invited to participate.
Special personal details
As part of the provision of services, you may be asked for medical details. Special rules apply for handling medical and confidential details. KHS employees are responsible for the correct application of these rules. Medical details are not supplied to third parties, unless the person concerned has given his/her explicit consent. KHS employees working with these special personal details have a (derivative) duty of confidentiality by virtue of their occupation.
What security measures does KHS take?
KLM Health Services does everything in its power to optimally protect your personal data against improper use. Only authorised personnel have access to these data. If, and to the extent necessary, partners of KHS are (partly) responsible for the performance of services, they have agreed with KHS to likewise secure personal data in the best possible way.
Inspection, correction, objection
If you wish to view your details, have them corrected, or if you object to the use of your non-medical details by KHS, you can send your written request, accompanied by a copy of your ID, to:

After processing your request, KHS will destroy the copy of your I.D.
