Easily schedule an appointment with us for a health check-up.
Before your appointment
You will receive a confirmation email for your appointment at a chosen location and time.
Locations
The health check-up will take place at our location in The Hague or Schiphol-Oost.
Receive report
After the health check-up, you will receive a personal report with the results of your examination.
Types of health check-ups
Basic health check-up
check Consultation with a doctor, including a questionnaire and physical examination.check Measurement of height, weight, BMI, body fat percentage, waist circumference, and blood pressure.check Urine analysischeck A written report will be sent via an online secure environment called Zivver.
Comprehensive health check-up
check Consultation with a doctor, including a questionnaire and physical examination.check Measurement of height, weight, BMI, body fat percentage, waist circumference, and blood pressure.check Urine analysischeck A written report will be sent via an online secure environment called Zivver.check Blood tests, electrocardiogram (ECG), and a lung function testcheck Hearing examination using an audiogramcheck Vision and intraocular pressure check (for individuals over 40 years old)
Expansion of the health check-up
You can choose to expand the health check-up with an exercise test and/or an eyesight check for computer work.
- During the exercise test, we use a cycle ergometer (a type of stationary bike) that gradually increases in resistance, requiring you to exert more effort. While you cycle, an ECG (electrocardiogram) is recorded.
- The eyesight check for computer work evaluates your eyesight at screen distance. Based on the results, it will be determined whether you need computer glasses.
