  • checkA written report will be sent via an online secure environment called Zivver.

  • checkConsultation with a doctor, including a questionnaire and physical examination.
  • checkMeasurement of height, weight, BMI, body fat percentage, waist circumference, and blood pressure.
  • checkUrine analysis

  • checkBlood tests, electrocardiogram (ECG), and a lung function test
  • checkHearing examination using an audiogram
  • checkVision and intraocular pressure check (for individuals over 40 years old)

Expansion of the health check-up

You can choose to expand the health check-up with an exercise test and/or an eyesight check for computer work.

  • During the exercise test, we use a cycle ergometer (a type of stationary bike) that gradually increases in resistance, requiring you to exert more effort. While you cycle, an ECG (electrocardiogram) is recorded.
  • The eyesight check for computer work evaluates your eyesight at screen distance. Based on the results, it will be determined whether you need computer glasses.
