Our Training Courses
The KLM Health Services Education Centre offers training courses for various audiences. The training courses are especially intended for employees who want to expand their knowledge and skills in the area of occupational safety and/or First Aid.
Our Education Centre offers a fully equipped training room at Schiphol-East. If so required, we can organise a training course at your location (in-company).
Our Education Centre complies with ISO 9001/2008 and both our training courses and trainers are recognised by the Dutch Resuscitation Council (NNR). In addition, the Education Centre works together with the Orange Cross. Our trainers are frequently further educated – didactic and technically – and are skilled at all disciplines of First Aid courses.
You can opt for bespoke training or an open registration. Bespoke training involves a private training course for you and your employees, matched to your company-specific situation. We will decide on the training dates and the number of participants in consultation with you, and, if you prefer, we will provide the training in-house (at your location). Open registration means that employees from various organisations will follow the same course. The Education Centre determines the training dates.
All basic training courses are completed with an exam. If the result is satisfactory, you will receive a certificate. This certificate is valid for one year and is issued in the form of a pass the size of a credit card. Participants can easily carry this certificate with them, which allows them to identify themselves during emergencies and calamities.
