Executive health check
As an executive, you can rely on Executive Health Management (EHM) for a complete health check. This includes a Preventive Medical Examination (PME) and personalised recommendations to help you stay healthy and active. Our health care and examination services are aligned with the workload that comes with your top position. Any risk factors due to age or gender are also taken into account. Additionally, it goes without saying that safeguarding your privacy is very important to us.
We know your time is valuable. During your health check, you will get a full overview of your health in just a few hours. The main part of the health check is the PME. This examination evaluates your physical, mental, and social health. You will also receive personalised recommendations to help you stay fit, which may include a personal plan. If needed, we will refer you to top specialists.

What is included in the health check?
Here is a list of what we check during your executive health check. Depending on your gender, some tests may be different or added.
- Biometrics | body composition analysis (height, weight, body fat and muscle ratio, blood pressure, pulse)
- Urine test
- Home stool test
- Comprehensive blood tests
- Lung function test
- Resting ECG (heart test)
- Exercise ECG
- Echocardiogram (heart ultrasound)
- Ultrasound of the neck region and vital organs of the abdomen
- Physical examination by a medical specialist
- Final consult with a medical specialist
After your examination, we will go through the results together. You will also receive personalised recommendations on how to work, live, and travel healthily. Some test results may take a bit longer, but we will send you a personal report with all your results and recommendations via secure email to protect your privacy.
Follow-up appointments
Based on your personal results, EHM will arrange any necessary follow-up appointments. If you have any questions after your health check up, our specialists are here to help.
Your privacy matters
EHM ensures complete privacy. You will have a private room with food and facilities so you can continue working if you need to. Our medical specialists will come to you, and if necessary, they will show you to the examination room. All tests during the PME will be done consecutively, reducing your waiting time. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We naturally comply with all laws and regulations for handling personal data.

Your personal data is safe with EHM. EHM has NEN 7510 and ISO 27001 certifications. ISO 27001 shows that we meet international standards for information security. NEN 7510 is additional standard specified for health care.
