Lifestyle health check-ups

Preventive Medical Examination (PME)
Our Preventive Medical Examination (PME) focuses on assessing work-related health risks, evaluating both the physical and mental well-being of your employees. This process provides you, as an employer, with valuable insights into the health status of your workforce, enabling you to create effective health policies. In doing so, we help employees to stay healthy and employable in the long term; together we ensure that your employees remain in shape and healthy.
What does a PME involve?
After a PME, your employees will receive individual feedback and tailored medical advice. You will gain insight into the health of your workforce at an organisational and group level. The specifics of the process (questionnaires, physical examinations) will depend on your organisation's needs and preferences. Each PME process is customised to fit your requirements.
- Identifying key topics: Together with our specialists, you will determine the content of the PME. Which questionnaires are relevant? What physical examinations might be necessary? And what follow-up actions would you like to implement?
- Communication: Many employees find it daunting to undergo a medical examination facilitated by their employer. Therefore, we will assist you in rolling this out within your organisation. How about a campaign to inform and encourage your employees to participate?
- Examination: The preventive medical examinations will be conducted by certified medical examiners, supported by a set team within KLM Health Services.
- Personal results: After the PME, your employee will receive a personal and confidential online report. This report can be explained by the physician, along with any recommended follow-up actions or medical advice.
- Follow-up: After the examination and recommendations, a follow-up process will take place. This can be arranged on a personal, group, or organisation-wide basis. Options include training sessions or workshops, or on-site assistance from an occupational hygienist or safety expert. If desired, this process can take place on either a regular or action-oriented basis, for example based on a specific themes.
